<p>The container has an inner tube (2) mounted in a housing (1). A spring (4) and a spring seat (3) are mounted between the tube and the housing. A compartment of the seat has two side openings in side walls of the seat. An end of the tube includes two positioning plates that are received in sliding grooves defined in two faces of opposite inner walls of the seat. A connection frame is located between the plates. A fixing element (5) is mounted between the tube and the seat. A positioning rail (6) is mounted in a lower portion of the housing and is engaged with rail grooves of the openings.</p>
