摘要 PURPOSE: A vegetation mat using biodegradable PLA spunbond non-woven fabrics, and a producing method thereof are provided to plant specific plants without growing weeds. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a vegetation mat using biodegradable PLA spunbond non-woven fabrics comprises the following steps: producing a nano composite resin containing 14-15wt% of palm oil, 14-15wt% of PLA, and 65-73wt% of muscovite; firstly compounding 0.5-2wt% of nano composite resin and 98-99.5wt% of resin selected from PBS, PBSA, or PBA; secondly compounding 90-95wt% of PLA resin, 0.05-0.2wt% of first compound resin, and 4.8-9.95wt% of resin selected from the PBS, the PBSA, or the PBA; extrude-drawing the second compound resin into long filaments using a screw and a dies at 200-220 deg C; crystallizing the long filaments while extruding and fusing by an instant temperature-touch method to obtain the spunbond non-woven fabrics; mixing 7-10wt% of PLA, 5-10wt% of starch, and 80-88wt% of water in a stirring tank at 70-100 deg C to obtain a biodegradable resin: spreading 10-20g of biodegradable resin on the spunbond non-woven fabrics, and drying; and attaching seeds on the surface of the coated spunbond non-woven fabrics.
