The panel has photovoltaic cells distributed on an upper surface of a support (3) that is attached to a frame. The frame is arranged under the support. A wall (6) made of low thermal conductive material delimits a lower side of an air conduit (7). Air flow modifying elements (8) are arranged inside the air conduit to modify air flow in the air conduit. Inclined surfaces of the modifying elements intersect air flow direction, and deflect the air flow such that the air strikes a lower side (3A) of the support.
