<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blade for cutting sanitary thin paper such as toilet paper, having small friction with the sanitary thin paper, excelling in durability, and allowing the cut end face of the sanitary thin paper to be smooth and excel in aesthetic quality with no dirt adhered, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same. <P>SOLUTION: The blade is coated with a coating containing polyamide-imide resin, fluororesin and epoxy resin. As an example, a coating composition, which is composed of 25-30 mass% polyamide-imide resin, 10-15 mass% fluororesin, 10-15 mass% epoxy resin, 46-65 mass% organic solvent and viscosity control agent, is applied to the blade portion and is baked at 130-200°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
