<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient non-contact charger without transmitting excess power. <P>SOLUTION: A non-contact charger having a portable apparatus stand which wirelessly transmits power obtained from an input part through a wireless power transmission part to a portable apparatus having a wireless power reception part supplying a secondary battery as a power supply of an apparatus circuit with charge power comprises a charger communication part receiving information on an apparatus communication part which communicates a charging state of the secondary battery from a charging control circuit controlling to charge the secondary battery of the portable apparatus.
