<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bubble removal device capable of removing air bubbles in liquid without using a large-sized and expensive device. <P>SOLUTION: The air bubble removal device includes a trap container provided with a liquid entrance part connected to piping continued from a liquid storage tank, a liquid exit part connected to piping continued to a liquid feed pump, a gas exist part for discharging a gas and a liquid surface sensor. The trap container is a sealed type and its content volume is variable. The air bubble removal device has a function of reducing the content volume of the trap container and discharging the gas from the gas exit part when a liquid surface of the liquid inside the trap container is lower than a fixed height, and returning the content volume to a prescribed size when the liquid surface of the liquid inside the trap container is equal to or higher than the fixed height, in linkage with the liquid surface sensor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
