PURPOSE: A solar cell and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve efficiency of the solar cell by connecting a plurality of nanorods using a mask pattern. CONSTITUTION: A substrate includes a plurality of cell regions. A first electrode(120) is arranged on each cell region. A mask pattern(130) includes a plurality of holes. A plurality of nanorods(140) is respectively arranged on the plurality of holes. A photoelectric conversion layer(150) is formed along a profile of the nanorod. A second electrode covers the photoelectric conversion layer. |
