<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network service system capable of providing various services using energy information within a housing. <P>SOLUTION: The network service system includes: a measuring unit 16 which is installed in each of plural housings 2, 4 inhabited by plural users 1, 3 for measuring the energy used in each of the housings 2, 4; an information terminal 20 used by each of the plural users 1, 3; and a service provide server 30 connected to the measuring unit 16 and the information terminal 20 via a network. The service provide server 30 is configured to provide services on the basis of energy information measured by the measuring unit 16 installed in each the housings 2, 4 of the users 1, 3 to the information terminal 20 used by each of the users 1, 3.
