<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a plant monitoring device which interpolates missed plant measuring instrument data by using data on a normal operation state except abnormal data such as a failure, a maintenance inspection. <P>SOLUTION: Plant measurement data 10 is acquired by a measurement data input part 22, stored in a storage device as actual measurement data 21, pieces of data corresponding to plant failure information 11 and maintenance information 12 are excluded by a measurement data selection processing part 23, a data interpolation condition 13 by a parameter including a period, the day of the week, weather and temperature is further referred to by a data extraction processing part 25 for data interpolation, data matching to the condition is extracted to form data 26 for data interpolation processing, an average value of the data 26 for data interpolation processing is taken by a data interpolation processing part 27, and displayed by an interpolation data output processing part 29 as interpolation data 28. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
