<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrodynamic speaker which uses a tabular coil having a winding shaft direction orthogonal to a vibration direction of a speaker diaphragm, has an oblong shape, is excellent in a sound reproduction capability, especially in a high sound area, and is suitable for being mounted on an apparatus such as a display. <P>SOLUTION: An electrodynamic speaker includes: a first diaphragm having an approximate cone shape for emanating an acoustic wave; a second diaphragm which is arranged in front of the first diaphragm and whose outer peripheral side serves as a free end; a voice coil which has a tabular coil wound in a multi-layer state without shifting a rectangular wire relative to a winding shaft, which is arranged such that a direction of the winding shaft of the coil is orthogonal to vibration directions of the first diaphragm and the second diaphragm, and in which an inner peripheral side of the first diaphragm and an inner peripheral side of the second diaphragm are connected to each other while separating away from each other; and a magnetic circuit having a linear magnetic air gap in which the voice coil is placed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
