<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device having a movable vane which can be controlled without requiring a special cam mechanism, and to provide an elevator device. <P>SOLUTION: An engagement means 19 engages a car door with a hall door by operation of the car door while the car is in contact with a floor, transmits drive power of the car door to the hall door accordingly, and starts a door lock means 28 when they are disengaged. The engagement means 19 includes: a fixed vane 19a located on a door contact side of the car door; a movable vane 19c fixed on a door pocket of the car door via a link mechanism (19b) while keeping parallelism with the fixed vane; and movable vane open/close mechanisms (19e, 19f) for changing the distance between the fixed vane and the movable vane.
