<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure rice cooker with increased safety by preventing pressure rice cooking from being performed even when pressure rice cooking is selected in a state that a lid body is half-locked and also by preventing steam from jetting when the lid body is opened during pressure rice cooking. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure rice cooker includes: a rice cooker body; a lid body situated in the upper part of the rice cooker body; and a lid opening/closing member for opening/closing the lid body. The rice cooker body has an inner pot and a heating means for heating the inner pot, and the lid body has a pressure adjuster. The pressure adjuster is provided with a valve element for opening/closing a vent hole and with a sliding portion. The sliding portion is configured to abut on the lid opening/closing member when the lid body is in a half locked state, and to prevent the valve body from closing the vent hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
