<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a highly reliable reference value when appearance quality determination of a component is performed. <P>SOLUTION: Distribution analysis is performed between data on a rating evaluation result of an excellent sample S1 and data on rating evaluation results of samples S2, S3... with larger degrees of defective parts than that of the excellent sample S1, and a reference value of quality determination is set within a range equal to or more than a degree of the defective part (size of a recess) of a sample S5 determined to have no significant difference and equal to or less than a degree of the defective part of a sample S6 determined to have significant difference from the excellent sample S1 by the distribution analysis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
