<p>PURPOSE: A method of reducing complexity of REG mapping of PDCCH in LTE downlink is provided to reduce processing capability used for REG mapping of PDCCH by mapping process of PDCCH REG. CONSTITUTION: A control bit generation module generates a control bit transmitted through one or more control channel. A control channel mapping module maps one or more control channel to a resource element group. A resource element indicator of the control channel mapping module increases by a multiple of 2 in the process of repeated mapping. The control channel mapping module allots a resource element to a physical downlink control channel, a physical hybrid ARQ indicating channel(PHICH) and a physical control format indicating channel(PCFICR).
