PURPOSE: A producing method of a non-flammable fabric coated with a blackout curtain layer is provided to enable users to form a closed room by improving the screening rate of visible rays. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of a non-flammable fabric coated with a blackout curtain layer comprises the following steps: spreading a first coating liquid on paper(50) for protecting a cloth(200) to form a skin layer(110); spreading a second coating liquid containing a color toner on the upper side of the skin layer to form a color layer(120); spreading a third coating liquid containing polyurethane on the upper side of the color layer to form a blackout curtain layer(130) for blocking visible rays; forming an adhesive layer(150) on the upper side of the blackout curtain layer; and laminating the cloth on the adhesive layer and removing the paper.
