The mudguard (5) has a first bump (7), a second bump (8) and a third bump that are arranged close to a rear edge (5a), where the mudguard is fixed between a wheel (1) and an engine compartment (3) of a car, placed in front of a rotational axis (6) of the wheel and made of a molded plastic/impregnated textile material of a binder. The first bump projects from an interior face (5b). The second and third bumps project from an exterior face (5c), where the first and second bumps are located in a same plane. The third bump is located in front of the mudguard. An independent claim is also included for a car.
