PURPOSE: A mascara drier is provided to fix the mascara liquid on eyelashes in a short time, to keep a shaped form for long hours, to prevent agglomerate eyelashes and to facilitate eyelash make-up. CONSTITUTION: The mascara drier is composed of a body(10) equipped with an inner fan(20), a couple of rotating rollers(10) combined to one side of the body. The body has a vent to let air inside. The rotating roller rotates by a rotating shaft equipped in the center; and it is equipped with multiple air outlets which are the exit of wind generated by the fan. The rotating roller is equipped with a heating line inside and it has a surface equipped with an embossing in comb pattern.
