<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve stable activation with little dispersion of activation time when activating a driving device using a piezoelectric actuator. <P>SOLUTION: The driving device comprises: a vibration part having an element to vibrate by application of a signal; a body to be driven by the vibration of the element; and a signal generation part for generating a first signal for vibrating the element and a second signal having a frequency higher than the first signal. The drive of the body to be driven is started by applying the first signal to the element and applying the second signal to the element only for prescribed time in the state that the body to be driven and the vibration part are in contact. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
