<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve cost reduction and simplification of processes in manufacturing, while making an imaging apparatus compact. <P>SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus has an image forming optical system 2 which comprises a first mirror 21 and second mirror 22 arranged on a base material formed of one medium. The first mirror and the second mirror are surface reflection mirrors each having a non-rotationally symmetrical aspherical shape, and are arranged mutually eccentrically with respect to an axial principal ray. A ray made incident from an aperture diaphragm 24 of the image forming optical system is reflected by the first mirror and the second mirror, and forms an optical path once crossing itself until the ray is imaged on an image pickup device 1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
