<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binder for a printing ink, containing no chlorine, having an adhesivity equal to or higher than that of conventional binders for various types of plastic films such as polyester, nylon and polyolefin, and allowing general use for various types of plastic films such as polyester, nylon and polyolefin. <P>SOLUTION: The binder for a printing ink comprises (U) a polyurethane resin obtained by reacting (a) an aliphatic or alicyclic polyisocyanate with at least (b) a polyol and (c) a polyamine, wherein at least 50 wt.% of (c) the polyamine is (c1) a heterocyclic polyamine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
