摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic screw-fastening device which stops the rotating motion and the descending motion of a bit in a shorter time than a conventional device to minimize the damage of a work by determining a screw-fastening abnormality caused by the slant fastening of a screw. <P>SOLUTION: The automatic screw-fastening device comprises a driver tool 20 which can turn by receiving the drive of a motor 21 and has the bit 23 which can be engaged with a drive part of the screw 61, and a reciprocation moving means 30 which can ascend and descend the driver tool 20. The automatic screw-fastening device is characterized by comprising a control means 40 which starts the measurement of a moving distance of the driver tool 20 when the descending driver tool 20 reaches a measurement start set point which is set in advance, on the other hand, starts similar measurement stepwise at a time interval after the start of the measurement, performs each measurement until a measurement set time which is set in advance elapses, compares a distance which is measured immediately after the finish of each measurement and a determination reference distance which is set in advance, and determines whether or not there arises the screw-fastening abnormality. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
