<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conveniently release purchase limitation in a mobile communication terminal. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile communication terminal 100 having an electronic money function acquires merchandise information imparted to an article, by a merchandise information acquisition part 160 constituted of a camera or an IC tag reader writer. A control part 110 acquires release permission information for assigning whether to release the purchase limitation to a purchase limited article or not, from a limitation-objective person using the mobile communication terminal 100 or the mobile communication terminal 100 used by an authority holder about the limitation person, when the acquired merchandise information indicates the purchase limited article, so as to be stored into a storage part 180 while correlated with the merchandise information indicating the purchase limited article.
