<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beverage server apparatus which prevents beverage deterioration by filling an inert gas into a bottle held in a regular upright position and automatically extracts a specific amount of beverage from the bottle, the server apparatus being able to completely drain liquid remaining in the apparatus, thereby preventing quality degradation. <P>SOLUTION: An extraction block for automatically extracting only a specific amount of liquid from the bottle held in the regular upright position within the apparatus comprises a block body, a first electromagnetic valve 10 serving as a two-way valve, and a second electromagnetic valve 9 serving as a three-way valve. An inert gas circuit branches in an interior part such that one branch is connected to the bottle and the other to the second electromagnetic valve 9 via the first electromagnetic valve 10. A liquid circuit 7 is connected to a discharging opening 72 via the second electromagnetic valve 9. When the first electromagnetic valve 10 is opened at the end of extraction and then the gas circuit 6 side of the second electromagnetic valve 9 is opened, liquid remaining between the second electromagnetic valve 9 and the discharging opening is drained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
