<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a post-processing device on which a sheet to be added that is folded together with a saddle-stitched sheet bundle can be stacked without making contact with a staple of the saddle-stitched sheet bundle, and which can reduce the occurrence of jamming caused by the sheet to be added. <P>SOLUTION: In a finisher 500, when a security sheet 701 is added on the saddle-stitched sheet bundle 710 to be folded together, a CPU 952 performs controls so that, after the saddle-stitched sheet bundle 710 has been moved to a retreat position, the security sheet 701 is additionally stacked on the saddle-stitched sheet bundle 710 while the saddle-stitched sheet bundle is moved from the retreat position to a folding position so that a tip of the security sheet 701 to be added does not make contact with the saddle-stitched part 840. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
