ANTI-REFLECTING BOARD HAVING ANTI-FINGERPRINT FUNCTION AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An anti-reflection substrate including a fingerprint prevention function and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to easily control an arrangement gap and size of an anti-reflection structure consisting of the anti-reflection layer formed after a preprocess of a surface of a base substrate using a dry etching method such as a plasma before a stage of an anti-reflection layer. CONSTITUTION: An anti-reflection substrate includes a base substrate(110), a plurality of protrusion type structures(120), an anti-reflection layer(130), and a fingerprint prevention layer(150). The base substrate is formed by a material for transmitting light and includes a first surface and a second surface. A plurality of the protrusion type structures is formed on the base substrate. The anti-reflection structure is formed in a plurality of the protrusion type structures, consists of the anti-reflection structure by evaporation of inorganic particles and is formed on the base substrate. The fingerprint prevention layer is formed on the surface of the anti-reflection layer.
