PURPOSE: A touch panel and a driving device are provided to be strong from external noise without affecting a resistance value by comprising a sensing pattern and a wiring pattern with a single layer by using transparent conductive wiring. CONSTITUTION: A transparent conductive pattern is formed on a substrate. A touch panel driving unit(200) includes a signal input/output unit, a signal processing unit, and a timing control unit. The touch panel driving unit is formed on the substrate. The touch panel driving unit is connected to the transparent conductive pattern. The touch panel driving unit is formed in parallel with the transparent conductive pattern on the substrate.
