<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent an illegal act by making the capture of a random number from the outside difficult, in a game machine determining the winning of a variable display game by use of the random number. <P>SOLUTION: This game machine includes a random number generation means, and a game control means determining control related to a game by use of the generated random number. The random number generation means includes: a random number counter updated within a prescribed range of a numerical value; and a stirring means generating a random value in each power-on and each system reset, and setting it as the initial value of the random number counter. The game control means performs initialization processing when the system reset is inputted at the time of the power-on, performs processing to clear a work area of a RAM and to set the initial value when a prescribed condition is satisfied in the initialization processing, and sets the random value generated by the stirring means to the random number counter as the initial value even when the prescribed condition is not satisfied in the initialization processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
