<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a telephone apparatus in a telephone system configuration having individual holding and system holding, which can automatically discriminate and switch the individual holding or the system holding in accordance with its use. <P>SOLUTION: Sensor information on two contact sensors (a grip sensor 103 and a mouse-piece sensor 104) mounted in a handset is transmitted via a sensor monitoring part 102 to a main control part 101, and basing on sensor detection information received by the main control part 101, an individual holding operation (causing a display part 113 to display a holding screen, muting a microphone 107 and transmitting a holding tone to a loudspeaker 106) and a system holding operation (causing the display part 113 to display the holding screen and a screen informing of that the holding can be canceled with a wireless slave unit 2, muting the microphone 107 and transmitting the holding tone to the loudspeaker 106) are automatically discriminated from each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
