PURPOSE: An actual image printing paper capable of being reflected in the rear having a waterproof part is provided to have an excellent visibility and attract eyes of surrounding people as light irradiated in case of irradiating the light source of the outside in contents printed in the actual image printing paper returns back to a surface reflected and printed in the rear side by penetrating the actual image printing paper. CONSTITUTION: An actual image printing paper capable of being reflected in the rear having a waterproof part includes a printing sheet(10) comprised of a plastic sheet form capable of being printed on the surface and capable of the penetration of light; a deflection element(11) so that light penetrating the printing sheet is refracted in the other surface of the printing sheet; a reflection sheet(20) located in the rear side of the deflection element and returning light refracted by the deflection element to the surface of the printing sheet by penetrating the printing sheet; and an adhesive layer(21) comprised in a dot form adhering the printing sheet and to reflection sheet. An adhesive forming the adhesive layer for adhering in the dot form contains a urethane which is a main material, a water repellent, and a plasticizer.
