PURPOSE: A scintillator panel and a radiation detecting device with the same are provided to prevent a reflective film from being transformed in a depositing process and to reduce processing time and costs. CONSTITUTION: A scintillator panel(10) comprises a support substrate(100), a reflective layer(110), and a scintillator layer(120). The support substrate is radiation-transparent. The scintillator layer is formed on one surface of the support substrate and converts radiation into visible rays. The reflective film is formed on one surface of the supporting substrate. The scintillator layer is formed on one surface of the support substrate and converts radiation into visible rays. The reflective film is formed of PSR ink. The PSR ink includes white pigments.
