<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attachment structure of a let-off giving member of an electronic keyboard musical instrument, which allows accurate positioning of a let-off giving member relative to a hammer and is capable of giving a uniform stable let-off feeling in response to depression of any key. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the attachment structure of a let-off giving member 6 with which a hammer 5 turning in linkage with a depressed key is temporarily engaged during turning to give a let-off feeling to a touch feeling of the depressed key, in a keyboard device of an electronic keyboard musical instrument having a let-off function to give a let-off feeling approximating that of an acoustic piano.
