<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe IC tag attaching tool which can properly protect an IC tag and facilitates attachment to a pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The pipe IC tag attaching tool 1A is for attaching the IC tag 9 to the pipe 2.
