<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to improve a deterioration in a communication performance. <P>SOLUTION: A reception terminal RX of an RF IC inputs a signal from a terminal provided at a point B shown between capacitors Ca and Cb via a resistor R3. In a reader/writer, the combined capacitance of the capacitors Ca and Cb is set to be the same value as a prior-art capacitor C4.
