<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image measuring device which can easily obtain an image in an object area or of an object to be measured with a simple structure, and can measure the object area. <P>SOLUTION: The image measuring device includes: a light-projecting optical system 5 which has a projecting light optical axis 26 and a light source 27 for emitting illumination light 29, and projects the illumination light through the projecting light optical axis; a light-receiving optical system 6 which has a light-receiving optical axis 15 and an imaging element 13, and receives retroreflected light 29' from an object to be measured in the imaging element through the light-receiving optical axis; and a control arithmetic device 7 for processing data imaged by the imaging element. The light-projecting optical system includes: a light-projecting unit 25 for projecting the illumination light while directing the projecting light optical axis toward the object to be measured; projection angle changing means 23 and 33 for rotating the light-projecting unit in a height direction and a horizontal direction, and changing the projection angle of the illumination light; and direction detecting means 24 for detecting the direction angle of the light-projecting optical axis with respect to the light-receiving optical axis. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
