<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prolong a life by suppressing the intensity of radiation from a radiation source made incident on a monitor sensor by arranging the monitor sensor on which the radiation reflected by a reflecting and scattering member is made incident. <P>SOLUTION: A radiation inspection device including a radiation source having an angle of radial radiation and a measuring sensor is characterized in that the reflecting and scattering member is arranged between the radiation source and the measuring sensor where radiation traveling to the measuring sensor is not cut off, and the monitor sensor on which the radiation reflected by the reflecting and scattering member is arranged. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
