SEAL STRUCTURE BETWEEN TUNNELS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal structure between tunnels which can obtain sufficient seal performance even when a succeeding tunnel approaches a preceding tunnel.

SOLUTION: A seal structure S between tunnels which is provided between a preceding tunnel 10b and a succeeding tunnel 10a constructed adjacent thereto is provided with an elastic seal member 30 extending along the propulsion direction of the succeeding tunnel 10a. The elastic seal member 30 comprises a base part 31 which is fixed to the succeeding tunnel 10a, and a lip part 32 which rises obliquely toward the preceding tunnel 10b from the base part 31. The surface of the lip part 32 facing the preceding tunnel 10b is formed with projections 39 along the extension direction of the elastic seal member 30.
