PURPOSE: A poultry hanger is provided to fix the poultry by the weight by reducing working hours while dissecting. CONSTITUTION: A poultry hanger comprises a bar typed main frame(1) fixed on the transfer apparatus, a bar typed supporting frame fixed on one end of the main frame, the second supporting frame equipped to be fixed on the main frame, a support frame rotating shaft(3) fixed on the main frame to be rotated, a bar typed first body fixed to be rotated on the first support frame, the first fixing frame equipped on the first curved portion supporting the poultry as equipped in curvature on the end of the first body, a bar typed second body fixed to be rotated on the second support frame, the second fixing frame equipped with the second curvature part supporting the poultry, and the connection axle(5) combining the second body and the first body.
