发明名称 METHOD FOR ESTIMATING AN EXPECTED LIFE SPAN OF A MOTOR
摘要 PURPOSE: A motor lifetime prediction method is provided to suppress a sudden accident by accurately predicting a remaining lifetime and to maximize an opportunity for production by predicting lifetime of components for improved motor and generator and components rotating within a load machine. CONSTITUTION: The dB measurement data of normal class rotary facility components and defect class rotary facility components are obtained(S11). A dB increase factor and zoom factor by mapping the dB measurement data of the normal class rotary facility components and the dB measurement data of the defect class rotary facility components are obtained(S12). A remaining lifetime judgment criterion of rotary facility components is calculated by mapping applying the dB increase factor and zoom factor to the dB data of rotary facility component load model and automatically setting to a motor current signal analysis system(S20). The remaining lifetime of the rotary facility components is predicted from the rotary facility components dB data(S40).
