SLIDING PART AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a high performance sliding part and a guide part at low cost by forming a sliding surface having low sliding resistance and high surface hardness even on an uneven surface of the part and an inner hole of the part.

SOLUTION: A plated film 102 is formed on the surface of the sliding part of a structural base material 101, and dispersed diamond microparticles 103 are codeposited on the outermost surface thereof so that the sliding surface having low sliding resistance is formed even on the uneven surface or the surface of the inner hole of the part, and the hardness in the plated film can be enhanced by heat treatment of the plated surface.
