<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spectrometer capable of preventing dew condensation even in the case of the measurement of a specimen cooled at a desired temperature. <P>SOLUTION: A spectrometer includes an integrating sphere 20, a dewar 50, and a gas introducing path. The integrating sphere 20 has a specimen S to be measured inside so as to be used for observing measured light which is emitted from the specimen S.
