<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a substation device having improved communication efficiency in power saving operation by intermittent communication. <P>SOLUTION: The substation device includes a control device for controlling a transmitter, a receiver and a sleep mode to stop or reduce power consumption in at least one of the transmitter and the receiver during a predetermined sleep period. The control device detects a difference between a time stamp received from a master station device and a local time measured in the own control device. If the difference exceeds a preset value, the control device detects a time stamp drift error, and shifts to a non-registration state in which the reset of a logical link by the master station device is waited, and on detection of the time stamp drift error, performs different processing according to a sleep mode type. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
