<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetizing unit that can form a highly uniform rotary magnetic field having small unevenness in rotary magnetic flux density on a surface of an inspection object, in a wide range. <P>SOLUTION: In a yoke type magnetizing unit 100 of the present invention, a first magnetized element 10, a second magnetized element 20 and a third magnetized element 30 are disposed so as to have a phase difference of 120 degrees to each other and Δ-connected or Y-connected. The first magnetized element 10 includes a first magnetic pole 11 and a second magnetic pole 12, the second magnetized element 20 includes a third magnetic pole 13 and a fourth magnetic pole 14, and the third magnetized element 30 includes a fifth magnetic pole 15 and a sixth magnetic pole 16. The first magnetic pole 11 and second magnetic pole 12, the third magnetic pole 13 and fourth magnetic pole 14, and the fifth magnetic pole 15 and sixth magnetic pole 16 are respectively connected (cumulative connection) by electric wires wound in the same direction, and provided to have a relative angle so as to have a wider gap toward a center point A of an arrangement of the three magnetized elements. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
