<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fuel tank system which can reduce the size of a switching valve of piping for making a fuel tank communicate with a canister. <P>SOLUTION: A valve member (diaphragm valve 46) is provided in the bent piping 36 for making the fuel tank 14 communicate with the canister 34. An electromagnetic valve 68 is provided in a canister-side bypass passage 66 between a back pressure chamber 58 of the diaphragm valve 46 and canister-side bent piping 36C. Moreover, a flow path cross-sectional area change means (variable orifice 84) for changing a flow path cross-sectional area of a tank-side bypass path 62 between the back pressure chamber 58 and tank-side bent piping 36T. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
