Le circuit imprimé dudit dispositif d'ampoule est logé dans le culot pour réguler une alimentation électrique dudit moyen d'éclairage. En particulier, ledit dispositif comporte un socle d'orientation formant interface rotative entre le moyen d'éclairage et le culot. Un tel socle permet au dispositif d'ampoule une rotation dudit moyen d'éclairage par rapport au culot.
