PURPOSE: A conveying device of a glass cassette for flat panel displays is provided to eliminate defect factors caused by contaminants by installing a contaminant removing unit and a conveying unit independently. CONSTITUTION: A conveying device of a glass cassette for flat panel displays comprises a carrying body(100), a conveying unit(110), and a contaminant removing unit(120). A cassette is loaded in the carrying body. The conveying unit is installed in the carry body along the moving path of the cassette so as to transfer the cassette. The contaminant removing unit is prepared independently of the conveying unit. The contaminant removing unit removes contaminants on the cassette.
