<p>PURPOSE: A security light switching apparatus for measuring power consumption and a security light managing system having the same are provided to calculate and store information about the amount of power, thereby quickly identifying power leakage. CONSTITUTION: A security light switching apparatus for measuring power consumption includes a power measuring part (11), a switching part (14), and a control part (13). The power measuring part measures the amount of power consumed in a security light and the apparatus. The switching part connects or disconnects the power supplied to the security light. The control part controls the connection and disconnection of the switching part. The control part generates and manages information about the amount of the consumed power.
