PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt driving device which can be used for a large-sized inkjet printer.SOLUTION: The belt driving device includes a belt tension mechanism which gives a predetermined tension to a belt 55 stretched across a first pulley and a second pulley 54. The mechanism includes: the second pulley 54 for biasing the belt 55; a first pulley holder 60 for holding the second pulley 54; and a first tension spring 58 for giving a biasing force corresponding to the predetermined tension to the second pulley 54 through the first pulley holder 60, further includes; a second pulley holder 61 which has a spring receiving part 61a for receiving a reaction force of the first tension spring 58, and is supported to be able to adjust positions; and a fixing means 63 for fixing the second pulley holder 61 at a position for generating the predetermined biasing force in the first tension spring 58, and furthermore includes a second tension spring 59 for biasing the second pulley holder 61. The biasing force of the first tension spring 58 is different from the biasing force of the second tension spring 59. |
