PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous solution composition of a polyimide precursor, which uses a water solvent and is excellent in environment adaptability.SOLUTION: A method of producing an aqueous solution composition of a polyimide precursor includes reacting tetracarboxylic dianhydride with a diamine having solubility to the water at 25°C of 0.1g/L or more, in the presence of a basic compound having pKa of 7.5 or more, by using water as a reaction solvent, thereby producing the aqueous solution composition of the polyimide precursor. |
