PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid supply device which can stably supply liquid from a liquid storage body while securing liquid supply performance, and to provide a liquid supply device and a liquid supply system.SOLUTION: A liquid supply device includes: a cartridge holer 26 to which any alternative mounting body connected via an ink cartridge 27, an outer ink tank 21 and an ink supply tube 22 is removably mounted; a placing stand 20 to which the outer ink tank is removably mounted; an ink supply flow path 38 that can supply to a downstream side ink discharged by connecting an ink supply needle 30 disposed in the cartridge holder at an upstream end to an ink outlet 27b of the ink cartridge; and a diaphragm pump 31 disposed on the way. A height of a water head of the outer ink tank placed on the placing stand is set to be higher than that of a center position CP in the vertical direction, of a diaphragm 31a in the diaphragm pump. |
