PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange type distillation apparatus in which further energy saving and reduction of a production cost are achieved.SOLUTION: A heat exchange type distillation apparatus includes: an enriching column 1; a stripping column 2 disposed upward when viewed from the enriching column 1; a liquid storage part 2e which is disposed at a predetermined stage of the stripping column 2 and used for storing the liquid falling from above; a heat exchanger 8 disposed in the liquid storage part 2e; a second pipe 29 for introducing the vapor in the enriching column 1 into the heat exchanger 8 of the stripping column 2; and a third pipe 30 for introducing a fluid flowing out of the heat exchanger 8 of the stripping column 2 into the enriching column 1. A flare line 43 having the pressure lower than that in the enriching column 1 is further connected to the downstream side of the third pipe 30. The heat exchange type distillation apparatus is configured so that a first flow going toward the inside of the enriching column 1 through the third pipe 30 can be changed over to a second flow going toward a pipe 44 which is branched from the third pipe 30 and exists on the lower pressure side. |
